My First Week At Micro Macro ! Team Tech!

In the beginning.... they were telephones.

    So we started the week with an orientation on Monday. It was a nice orientation, all the staff at AJM are nice. We got the rules, what we needed to do and a chance to ask questions.

   Then Wednesday came around and our first assignment was cold calling. Now I was nervous, very nervous  the thought of calling bajans some rude and unmannerly no matter how sweet one they were scared me, but I was enthusiastic about tackling the task and getting memberships. 

This assignment definitely made me build confidence and a bit more social skill, I now know how to navigate businesses a little better and how to get my initiative across. Conversation is always best, not much people have a good attention span. So you call and most people want emails. Don't be discouraged, telephones are not nice things but always push your point in the nicest way possible, SMILE! even tho they cant see you they can hear it (noted well from Jenai).

In the end we got a few memberships but it was expected and for some first timers with a script i think we did pretty good, round of applause for Team Tech! It helps confidence and in some weird way you get hooked, i didn't want to stop once i started. But we had to follow up and it was fun and helpful.
