Week 1

There is nothing more awkward than interrupting busy people to tell them about an initiative after being turned down by at least four before. Now I know how door to door sales persons feel. Drumroll please..................... yes its COLD CALLING that I'm talking about. 

Cold Calling had to be one of the most scary experiences. While I enjoy talking to people that I do not know and I am of the belief that I have a great persuasive skills. Cold Calling managed to make me question the very foundations of my belief in my persuasive skills. What I essentially realized is that having enough information is very important when asking persons for their business's support with regards to joining any venture. I can honestly say that for the first time in a while I was nervous about interacting with people. 

So with one experience down I couldn't wait for the next one.
