Day 3 we had to do a skit on custom services and how to deal with different situations, know your rights and responsibilities Mr. Olton came and told us to be extraordinary and that the world will always create space for extraordinary people we also leaned the different between re-active and pro-active than what to think, what to feel and what to do also we leaned that life is 10% what happens and 90% how you respond. Day 4 we did managing your emotions with miss. King who told us that everything leads to our emotions and that we need to treat ourselves know ourselves and understand our then we did a self assessment on managing personalities self discovery exercises, however on day 5 we did a bit of recapping on our goals then we identify what we would need to do to get the goal completed,and finally we leaned a little bit more on business educate and customer service. Business educate was more like what is inappropriate and what is appropriate, being polite knowing your royal and responsibility putting your feet in the customer shoes knowing what I'd operate behaviour in unsuitable going above and beyond the call of duty, communication clearly and effectively and the most important one stay off your phone.
In addition working at gentle Beginnings has opened my eyes to the unexpected behaviour of some of the children and the need and special instructions that they need but what I leaned was that being able to Milty-tasking is very important also observing is important as well and communicating with the right people because it can help you to find out what you may need to do or have to do.
