Well Because Yesterday Was Actually My First Day , While It Was EveryOne's Second Day, I Was Lost And Nervous Since That Everybody Already Knew There Assignments And Already Were Working Towards The Job That They Had At Hand. While Me , The New Girl Not Really Sure What Was My Task Or Assignments Just Sitting Nervously As EveryOne Started To Complete There Work.
Lucky For Me I Am In The Seed Group ,Which Mean't I Got To Work With Shane Wallace, Kia Burrows And Our Founder Jenai Mapp-Waston Personally!!
And That Was Truly Exciting For Me!!
Our First Meeting With Jenai Was Honestly Scary For Me Because When My Team Mates Couldn't Answer The Questions That Were At Hand , I Myself Was Unable To As Well. At That Point I Felt Useless..
But I Did Not Let That Bring Me Down!! THIS WAS ONLY THE BEGGINING ;
I Wasted No Time And Asked What My Responsibilities Will Be And What We Had Already To Work With, I Also Listened To Everybody's Tasks As Well And How Working Together As A Team Would Help Us Complete Our Task HEAD ON!!
Jenai Gave Us Another Chance And By 2 Pm When The Meeting Started We Were Head On And Ready To Answer The Questions. Even The Section I Wasnt Even In.. I Was Able to Answer And Give My Ideas And Opinions.
Kia Also Told Us Some Very Important Words That Stuck With Me, We Were Given A Huge Responisble That The Management Wasn't Able To Complete In 3 Months BUT She Beleives That We Will Be Able To Have A Huge Success In( 3 Weeks!!)
YES , We Have Alot Cut Out For Us.. But As Long As I Have My Head On And My Team And I Know We Can Make It!!
