Week 2
This week i learn how to communicate more with others on the phone and also how to multitask.I learn the difference between Business Ethics and Ethics, Ethics meaning the way you behave. Time management was a huge topic for week two, from that training section I gasp four different stages in time management;Plan,Prioritize,Delegate and Defer. In order to have good time management, you must be punctual, meet deadlines, return calls,set appointments and give proper service to customers. However, what stood out the most for me this week was when we were told to "Act first, manage later,Prioritize follow-up action and Learn from the crisis."
