THIRD WEEK
SERVICE VS SERVITUDE
My program co-ordinator was sick this week and I missed her.
Allison Millington and Allian Olivere used fun, fresh and interactive ways of showing how society viewed and how we viewed ourselves.
They both encouraged us to strive for more than we think we rea, measure our full potential and seeing failure as a stepping stone. I think I am a step closer to answering my questions from the first week. On pieces of blue paper I wrote my view of persons and vice versa. What I got back wa amazing, Dominique said I spoke my mind and others thought I was confident. I thought I was too quiet.
This week was about self and self discovery.
Olivere made me believe that harsh criticism is not my greatest gift to myself. She also showed me to state serve but not be a slave.
Thank you Micro Macro for these seminars.
On work, I am trying with my assignments and I hope to show them soon at the graduation.
I am looking forward to the field trip on Friday!
Twister, card games, drinks, ice-cream cupcakes and pizza plus two hours of sleep, made my Friday with my colleagues unforgettable. I msut say I did one thing wrong and I am looking for a way to make it up.
From Jojo.
