Learn Hard, Play Harder?!?! (Update #2)

Although CropOver 2017 came to an end, the festival of learning hard and playing even harder emerged from the recovering brains of two ebullient CarePoint Solutions interns.

We were on the top of Mount Hillaby, especially after our training and networking session on Tuesday. However, "day does run till night catch um", and we were pushed a level down when Mr. Cold-Calling and Mrs. Negative Responses entered our festival with stubbornness and "red light offenses".

Suddenly Mr .Cold-Calling decided to join our tent of perseverance when an angelic voice said to him,"evah fool got 'e sense", and even though our semi-hyped party of two may not have gotten the responses we wanted, we made over 65 calls within hours. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed that the goal was not achieved, but our bosses were extremely 'shook' with the amount of calls we had made within such time.

The following day, this party took to a whole new level as we were on a Boat Ride, and despite of the boat rocking, we held on. It was time to play a bit harder and at the end of the cold calling on the second day, Mrs. Negative Responses slowly removed herself. By the end of the third day of this festival, Sparkle A and Iren had succeeded in their goals for cold calling and started to think of ways to improve. 

It was the fourth and last day of this Learn Hard, Play Harder?!?! Festival and the turning up became when Abigail started to hum a song during coding practice, and it evolved into a turn up session while working as DJ Renz kicked up the grill, with some old ones. Learn Hard,Play Harder?!?!
*This festival did not end with a sick person 😉*

When a Challenge Begins to Fry Your Brain

As my future partner in crime, Abigail stated on her blog, from day one at CarePoint we encountered some challenges. However, today, challenges went to another level. I started my day as an enthusiastic and excited young man, ready for a majestic day at CarePoint which was displayed in my dress but "all good things must come to an end". Though the clouds became full of grieve, I was determined to have an excellent day and possibly a repeat of the previous day.😉

 Around, 1 pm, I quickly recognised that the day made a turn for the worst when Abigail and I, were introduced to this concept of using programming languages and computer coding as a means of refurbishing and creating a website.We spent hours, reading, learning and practising this tedious task, we even did over time in trying to understand this wizardry. As of ten minutes past seven o'clock, both Abigail and I have been exposed to third-degree burns in our brain cells and have a long recovery process ahead. Can we overcome this confrontation?
